Muy comodo y lujoso, la piscina muy bonita solo que demasiado profunda para mi estatura de 1.60 pude haber disfrutado mas si hubiera sido menos profunda, el restaurante afuera del hotel muy rico y buenos precios, la atencion de Azul y Fabiola excelente, habitacion muy amplia

We absolutely loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great beds and a beautiful view of the ocean and hotel grounds. It had everything we needed, including a minibar, iron, and hairdryer. We really enjoyed the food as well. The buffet offered a great variety, and during the day we could enjoy the cevichería and bar. In the evening, there were three restaurants to choose from, as well as the buffet. We also loved the live music at the bar in the evenings. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very safe and comfortable both at the resort and while exploring Puerto Vallarta. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back!

Everything was fantastic from the food to services highly recommended

Our family had a fantastic stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium Vallarta. The highlight of our vacation was, without a doubt, the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A special thank you to our concierge, Josue, who consistently went above and beyond. Whether helping with reservations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, he made us feel like valued guests from beginning to end. His attention to detail and genuine care really set the tone for our trip. This is an excellent resort for families. While it isn’t the largest property, it offers plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained, with a great mix of pools, activities, restaurants, and beach time. Our whole family had an amazing time, and there was always something to do together. We also appreciated how well the staff handled the occasional rainy day. The grounds were cleaned up quickly, and everything was back to looking beautiful in no time. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation made even better by an outstanding team. If you’re looking for a family-friendly resort with service that truly stands out, Family Selection Grand Palladium Vallarta is an easy recommendation!

It is a very big beautiful property with great restaurants/ food choices and snack stands near the pools. There’s a nice kids pool that is very shallow and has slides and water falls. It has a theatre with nightly performances, we saw a great 70’s Disco sing & dance performance. It has a night club for 18 years and over with a DJ, that was great fun. The Lobby bar is a great hang out place to chit chat, have some drinks and/or play jeopardy kind of games, or just watch a large movie screen showing concerts and playing great music. The only down side is being far away from the airport. It’s 45 minute drive. And it’s not near any walking distance stores or other restaurants. We visited during early August and it’s very humid, so we were uncomfortable most of the time. And could cool down only when we returned to our room. The buffet and restaurants were not cool enough. Only the Japanese restaurant was cool. We were in sweat the entire trip. The water temperature in the pools are warm, too warm for our taste, we wanted to cool down and couldn’t. I suggest going when it’s not so humid.

The hotel was amazingly beautiful. Centrally located, very clean, friendly staff and amazing views!!!

Beautiful location, staff was great Rigoberto and Estella were very attentive, espectacular place would strongly recommend.
