The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

Close to the Bell Center where we attended a concert, parking wasn’t worth the hotel but close by and inexpensive! It was like an apartment for a couple of days, really lovely and convenient!

L’endroit est spacieux mais un ménage de fond s’impose. Nous avons nettoyé le plancher et ramassé un porte poussière rempli de saleté. Nous avons nettoyé-désinfecté l’évier de la cuisine qui avait des endroits gluants. La hot de la cuisinière était graisseuse et sale, les tapis dans les chambres étaient sales, les housses de chaises de salle à manger étaient très sales, la porte du frigo était sale, de même que plusieurs recoins du loft.

The hotel property is stunning! The character of the property and the design of the hotel are exceptional. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. And the location was perfect for me - very central and so much of the city was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and efficient but there’s something to be said about service with a smile. I stayed a week and very rarely was I greeted with any amount of warmth. Another disappointment was the gym - it was surprisingly very basic given how luxurious the rest of the hotel is. I would suggest going to the nearby Anytime Fitness if you want a proper workout space. But these shortcomings would certainly not put me off staying here again.
