Nice way to end off our Jeju trip. Nice staff. You have to pay for roof top pool. Water wasn't that warm unfortunately. You also have to pay for a compulsory swimming cap so if you have one, bring it. Breakfast was varied and nice. Nice room. Bus stops to the airport nearby.

Beakgast was so expensive and poor

The hotel was nicely located, minutes driving from the beach and shops and restaurants. We loved the breakfast buffet that helped us start our days there. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kids enjoyed the heated pool very much

I will never visit this property again, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering staying in this area choose one of the larger hotels in Jungmun instead. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness and overall service standards. Without any exaggeration, the hygiene level of the hotel, especially around the swimming pool area, was unacceptable. The pool facilities were extremely dirty and appeared to be poorly maintained. It was honestly one of the worst examples of pool hygiene I have experienced at any hotel. The lack of cleanliness significantly affected the overall stay, and the service did not make up for these shortcomings. For the price charged, the standards were far below what guests should reasonably expect. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to others, and I would advise travelers to consider the larger hotels in Jungmun, which generally offer much better cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. We enjoyed the dinner buffet - large variety of food and all delicious. The live music/singer in the lounge was beautiful to listen to as you walk the halls or sit in the lounge to enjoy a meal or drinks. The outdoor area was gorgeous-nice pool and cabana surrounded by palm trees. It was convenient to have washer/dryers in the main area that all guests could use for free. This hotel was centrally located near many restaurants and local sites.
