Terrible service @check in. Booked 2 rooms specifically asked the which was the bed with 4 beds, gave me the info all wrong. I hotel Has 4 beds they should al ways have sheets on the beds. Terrible , would not stay there again.

New property (opened in March 2026). Good location and staffs are friendly. In-room laundry is the best.

The staff was great! The amount of money I paid for the executive suite wasn't worth it. I paid over $3,000 and the room wasn't worth it.

Better than we had expected!! Only wish there was more table space in the room but either way it was already considered very big room!

I loved my stay at this hotel. It’s situated very close to Shinjuku station which makes travel around and from Tokyo a breeze. Their attention to detail, from the fragrant lobby to the wide variety of delicious complimentary teas, to the hallway hot water dispensers, was delightful and much appreciated. The room suited our needs and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to set up luggage forwarding to our next stop. Their staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. I’m grateful especially to Park and Saki at the front desk who helped me fulfill a special request after my stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
