Overall it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly. For a boutique resort it was good. The shower could have been a little cleaner, as it was dirty entering our first day. Then shower door also didnt open all the way which was a little weird. I would still recommend staying at resort as those things could have just been one offs.

We thoroughly enjoyed Andaman. Close to airport, villas had access to buggies driving us around which was excellent for the elderly. At the same time, easy to walk around the resort, as well as nearby local places. Our 3 bedrooms villa and pool was clean, and well equipped. Buffet breakfast - very yummy. Unfortunately, on our third night there, the air conditioner broke down. They quickly tried to fix it for us, wasn't able to and provided us with fans. They were kind enough and upgraded us to a 4 bedroom villa for our last night. Staff were friendly and handled the situation well. Thank you. Highly recommend this resort, we will be back.

Fantastic amenities and location. Prices are a bit steep for what you get though in my opinion. The TVs are not smart, sound is poor, but overall a great stay. Just beware the $45 water bottle charge if you happen to not see the label on it advising it is 1000 baht - yes, 1000 baht, if you use it. Apart from that, a good trip

A haven in Patong. Beautiful resort. Excellent staff. Very relaxing. Be warned it is big. We had to go through three buildings and three lifts to get to our room. There are lips to every doorway which isn't great either. However, the hospitality is top tier. I will return

Absolutely loved this hotel! We arrived quite late, close to midnight, but the staff were really friendly and brought welcome drinks to our rooms, which was lovely after a long journey. The rooms were well equipped with great amenities, including an iron and a scale, very handy for checking suitcases after doing our shopping. I had booked two daylight rooms, and the hotel kindly had them next to each other. Both rooms were spacious and very comfortable. During our stay, the weather was quite hot (30°C+), so we really enjoyed spending time at the rooftop pool and bar. The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the beach in one direction, and about 5 minutes the other way to reach shops, restaurants, and bars. Although we didn’t use it every day, the breakfast offered a great selection and started early, which was perfect for days when we had excursions planned. The housekeeping team did an great job throughout our stay, keeping everything clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s in a good location close to everything you want to see, but far enough away from the main roads and crowds to feel relaxed.
