My stay at the Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I’d like to give special recognition to Killian at the front desk—his professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness made my stay even more memorable. My room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and offered an incredibly comfortable bed for a perfect night’s sleep. The location is ideal—within walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. I also enjoyed the hotel’s elegant atmosphere and the delicious breakfast, which was a perfect start to each day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal, and I can’t wait to return.

My daughter and I went to the Osheaga Festival so did not really get to enjoy the hotel but the metro was like a 6 minute walk and it was easy to get to and from the Festival easily and we felt safe doing so. The last day we were able to walk to Old Montreal about a 10 minute walk and had a great lunch. Would definitely stay again.

The variest activités are fun!

Iverall a very good experience. The appartement is nice my furnished, great communication, clear instructions and central location. Some things could be improved such as appliances in the kitchen (there were no knives) and cleanlineds of towels (one was stained).

Beautiful property with a lovely bar. The technology in the rooms were a huge hit with my kids! Staff lovely and helpful. Gym was well equipped.

Very friendly staff. Room very clean. We just hoped for a smart tv where we could put cartoons/ movies our children enjoyed on the tv. Also not many food options for children that are picky rates. However, overall it was an excellent hotel. We still had an amazing time and highly recommend!

Property is located within walkable distance to dining, cafes, St Catherine St and Old Town. Suite size feels a fair bit smaller than what’s advertised on Expedia. Furnishings and kitchen utensils can best be described as adequate and there is a constant noise from the water pipes, likely from the water tank operation. Bathroom size is small.
