Very nice place. Excellent location. Clean room and helpful staff.

It was a good experience overall but there were some inconsistencies from housekeeper. They took our bathrobes and never gave us replacements right after the first and second day of our stay. They also didnt provide trash bags for the garbages in the bathroom and kitchen except for the first time which feels strange for a 5 star hotel but overall, I am thankful for the job they did helping us clean up the room and there were no other qualms besides that. The washer dryer combo was terrible though and I do not recommend using it unless you plan on being there when it finishes because your clothes will just be a soaking wet mess after the “dry cycle.”

Stayed for 6 nights. Loved that there was a 24hr convenience store in the basement. The only thing we didn’t like is on the 5th day we requested a room cleaning and they half cleaned leaving the bed undone. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

The pictures must have been when they first renovated their hotel. The pictures look nothing like the actual property. There was crime in the bathrooms, stains on the wall, and a lot of words throughout the property. We checked in as a couple, however there was only one set of towels and had trouble trying to get a second set. The bed was uncomfortable. It felt like relying on pallets with a sheet on top of it. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel was that it was close to the beach and the cleaning staff was really nice. We went through Expedia to try to get a refund for the second night however, the hotel refused to refund for the night we weren't staying, but we ended up leaving early and checking to the JN hotel across the street.
