The customer service here was excellent! From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the massage therapist. Everybody was so friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. The staff is what sets this place apart from others. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly. The location is great being so close to the Parque Central. The whole experience was amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Could not recommend this place enough.
