And the room’s walls were paper-thin, making it impossible for us to sleep, as we could even listen what the guests next door were talking about. Rooms were pretty clean, but useless for me when I can’t even sleep. Then only good thing about the hotel is it’s staff. More like a 2 star without A/C. I read a review that said you could get a portable one we could not for some reason. Also says staff speaks English this was not the case for me with every staff member I talked to. Break fast is pricy for area but good. Gym was pretty weak. Pool is okay but pretty dirty. Not enough laying down pool chairs at all. The beds were very hard. The bathroom was great fresh and clean. There is no real hotub. Well, kept facilities. Very clean very safe and staff was very nice. It’s right in front of the lake so the views are fantastic. We got a lake view in the high floor. The staff was really nice. Very courteous. I definitely highly recommended. The restaurant is fantastic. They have an incredible dishes, especially the lomito . The staff was notifying me way ahead when I was going to get there and they were really accommodating to our needs. The suite was absolutely fabulous. I definitely. highly recommend this place.
