The room was roomy and comfy, but there were some dusty spots on the surfaces in both the bedroom and bathroom. The cleaning staff could definitely use some more care . I was a little startled to find something curly and hairy on the bathroom counter when I checked in , but it turned out to be just an old eyelash.
Additionally, the bath towels were old and stiff.
On the positive side, breakfast was very good, with plenty of hot and cold, sweet and savory options to suit everyone’s preferences.

The room was nice enough - standard layout and decor as you’d expect for a hotel du vin. Bathroom nice. Corridors looked a little tired but not too bad. Bar and lounge area were ok but nothing special. Terrace is fantastic- or at least the situation is. Served our purpose very well as a place to stay to go to a party nearby. Reception staff very helpful.

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and had an amazing view. We were right in the centre of everything for the Bristol Great Run. We would definitely recommend this property.

Staff were fab and friendly Hotel was lovely Room was lovely, however... The beds are so hard, its like sleeping in a slab of concrete and the air con was a massive noise box on the floor. Breakfast was delicious and the free flowing nutella was lovely.
