Causeway Islands Pet-friendly Vacations

The location is excellent and the room is quite acceptable (it was clean and comfortable, though the A/C was a bit noisy). What I would have appreciated knowing in advance is that the hotel was under renovation. The lobby and the restaurant were located in what I assume were temporary facilities (which were not very comfortable or nice). The breakfast was not very good. I stayed for five nights, and for the last four days, I preferred to have breakfast and meals outside the hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel in the centralized area. It is very safe to walk all over the place.

The staff were great. The resorts needs updating. The breakfast buffet was good but the Ala carte restaurants were not so good.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are lovely the beds are so comfortable, in a great location and the staff were so kind and polite and helpful. The speakeasy is fabulous and so fun. The only thing was the food at the pool bar was not very good but the drinks were great, and the food and service at the roof top bar Ammi, not so great. Otherwise highly recommend staying at Sofitel in Casco Viejo!

This is the definition of a 5 start hotel. We went to celebrate my husbands birthday because he's an avid golfer. It was easy to book tee times and the service was impeccable. The course was wel maintained and even saw a crocodile. The hotel itself went above and beyond because our room wasn't ready at time of arrival.

First class hotel in downtown with excellent view from pool and restaurant area on high floor (really pleasant at night). Many dining options and not far from Panama Canal and old city.

The spa was amazing so relaxing. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of things to eat but it’s better to get there in the am when the food is fresh. Great room with an amazing view! The kid pool was very dirty though I’m talking about bugs and this whitish film. I hope they also have more amenities such as the club and kids area open up. Seems like still recovering from covid. But overall I would stay again.

Great hotel and perfect location for exploring. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the amenities like the courtyard and rooftop bar with 360 views of the city. Highly recommend!

Second visit and as per usual everything was outstanding. The location of this hotel is by far the best.. customer service And rooms vs price the highlight. Super recommended
