room had no closets to hang clothes and bathroom has a noisy sliding door no privacy at all. Hotel eeds luggage racks, taxes and parking are very expensive so add that to the total. Restaurant was nice and the bar on 1st floor had inexperienced bartenders to wait on us.

The facility was very clean, every staff member was friendly and helpful. The location is great - it's less than a 10-minute walk to the first stop on the Hop On Hop Off Trolley. Unless you find overnight parking somewhere else, you have to use their valet parking. We've never done that before, so it took us a bit to think through what we needed from the car before they whisked it away. You have in and out access to your car, but you have to request it. They were pretty efficient, but you need to allow extra time incase they're slammed. If you need something from your car, they will get it for you - you cannot go and get it. But the location was so great, we never needed to get the car until we left and that was very fast at 8 AM on a Thursday. The room was nicely appointed, plenty of outlets for charging devices, a mini-fridge and microwave, a safe for valuables. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was good. We spent most of our time out in the city, so we didn't use any of the ammenities. There are tons of restaurants around, in all price ranges, and a convenient store nearby for snacks and beverages.
