This hotel was exactly how I thought it would be - an absolute paradise. I stayed here with my best friend for spring break and it was all I could ask for. Amazing amenities, incredibly helpful staff, and an atmosphere of paradise. Thank you Casa Lola - I will DEFINITELY be back!

This is a lovely hotel if you’re truly looking to get away from it all. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the staff—their hospitality was genuine, warm, and always accompanied by friendly smiles. The property itself is beautiful, with a thoughtful layout that feels spacious and seamlessly blends the outdoors with the comfort of the hotel. Our room overlooked the pool with a slight view of the ocean, which added a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated all the essential amenities provided. The all-inclusive experience was enjoyable, with a good variety of restaurants and drinks. The food was solid overall, and we especially loved the coffee shop and the gelato selection. The beach is accessible but requires a bit of a walk. It’s relatively small, and seating can be limited, so it wasn’t a standout for us. Also, because the hotel is quite removed, visiting Cartagena requires additional planning and cost for taxis or shuttles. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment. The hotel lounge area was lively, and they did a wonderful job creating fun, engaging experiences each night for guests of all ages. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and disconnect—perfect if you’re seeking peace and a resort-style escape. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy at least once, though for us, it may not be a place we would return to.

Casa Quero is a lovely boutique hotel. It is in a great location that is close to many shops snd restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast had fresh fruit and orange juice everyday. I chose a made to order omelette each day which was delicious. I would definitely stay there again!

The staff was absolutely fantastic - from Tatiana, Susana and Wendy from reception/administration - to Ébrim the bartender and the cleaning staff. While the rooms themselves are a little worn down, and the shower struggled to keep up the demand from guests for hot water, the peace, quiet and scenery along with the service more than made up for it.
