Southeastern United States Pet-friendly Vacations

The girl at the front desk needs to learn customer service. When we arrived at the hotel and waited to get checked in, we asked her what's a good place to check out in Nashville downtown. The way she responded was as if I asked her about Paris and not Nashville which is about 20 minutes from the hotel. I understand some people might not go to the city and thats fine but her response was very odd. Second issue with her was she gave us two key cards. Card A worked and Card B did not work. So I went back to the front desk to get Card B activated. She stated Card A will stop working once Card B is activated. I was a bit confused and asked if we get one or two cards and she said two. So I said we will need two cards. Not sure why she would deactivate Card A just to get us Card C. Third issue. I asked what time is breakfest tomorrow and once again her response was very negative. Again it was as if I asked her something complicated and she gave me attitude.
