Staff treats you great at the resort rooms were good just a little outdated and for me the bathroom has a weird smell. The food could have been better some days with some meats being overcooked but overall was a great resort.

I had a rental car but the guard at the street entrance to the community refused to let me in when I first arrived. He kept asking for a gate pass that was never issued to me before my arrival, during my stay and was unableto receive one before my departure. The hotel was aware I would have a rental car when I arrived. A card is also required to have the lights and AC on while in the unit. I was issued only one card and requested a second card for a guest of mine to remain in the unit while I went out to a meeting. I ask the office to provide me with an alternative solution while I had my guest in my room. There was only one card issued and this card is needed when entering the parking under the building. When I requested a second card so that the electricity can stay on for my guess. The staff at the office refused and said that there would be no other card to operate the power to the AC, the lights or the fan(.) I stressed that the room would get hot an uncomfortable for my guest. The stuff would NOT, and did NOT assist in accommodating with any issues in regards to the room. The staff said I would need to contact the owner of the unit.

Did not get a response to my emails prior to my arrival to get airport pick up had to take a taxi Minimal English speaking at the resort use Google translator Even with the translator, there were some confusion about what I was asking The included breakfast was nowhere that I could see or find There was a carafe copy that was very cold No one greeted me when I went over to instruct me as to where I would have breakfast once again no Comprende was usually the response even with my translator I had ceviche for lunch every day. It was delicious. There was no water in my five days I received two bottles of water My room was cute, quaint, clean, and surprisingly, although it is surrounded by lots of trees vines and thatch there were no bugs! The resort itself was exactly what I was looking for quaint organic. There’s a little pool as we enter to the resort on the right hand side, which is where I did most of my swimming it was clean and pretty and quiet. The remaining pools typically had leaves and debris in them I found my own way back to the airport to depart
