Flies in the room constantly. TV only worked 1st day-they tried n fixed it twice but never got the job done correctly and the hike to get to the room but was a mountain climb. Lights off early and loud very early in the AM before 7AM.
Pool not cleaned properly.

Limited towels in the room, they put only two towels, we use it when we get there and then the next morning we have to reuse it and still wet. NO HOT WATER!!!! And swimming pools water was very dirty and cloudy.
