The resort is beautifully integrated into the rainforest, offering a peaceful and luxurious escape where nature and comfort exist in perfect harmony. Every morning brought the sounds of tropical birds and wildlife, making it feel as though we were living in the heart of the forest. Our room was exceptional—spacious, beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained. Every amenity had been thoughtfully considered, creating a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The private hot tub was an absolute highlight. Relaxing in the warm water while surrounded by the sights and sounds of the rainforest was an experience we'll never forget. Room was clean with beautiful views. Very helpful and friendly staff. They had good recommendations on stuff to do and where to go. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was delicious and they have a good variety of stuff to try. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

The hotel Itself is actually nice. The staff very helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms are good. The pool is nice. The gym is great! But… We booked here because it was advertised as having 2 x pools plus a kids pool. Also an arcade/games room. There was only 1 pool and no games room, so our thoughts of some fun downtime with our son were squandered. We’d have likely booked elsewhere for the money, if we knew these facilities didn’t exist.

What a beautiful lodge. Well maintained, great hiking trail and staffs were all helpful. The drive at night was a big scary, due to the narrow and twisty roads, along with rain and fog. Best to drive up before dark .
