I loved the location perched in Sulphur Mountain (peace and quiet). The hotel is located walking distance from the Bathhouse and two bus stops from the Gondola. The Roam Transit bus-stop is directly in front of the hotel. Once renovation is complete, this will be a great place to stay. I didn't get to experience the spa which is why I specifically booked the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The additional amenities such as E-bikes, Thera gun, and Roam transit bus ticket were all great to utilize. The hotel's restaurants were also good. Most of the clients were retirees.

Great stay for 6 ngt on Annv vacation. Stayed in king suite. Very roomy, bed comfortable, liked the balcony and fireplace. Room attendant did an amazing job every day!! Only and biggest complaint was terrible cheap coffee in the rooms with no coffee available in lobby either. Had to walk to coffee shop every morning. Thankfully I enjoyed cool air and walk, but always nice to enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing in the hotel room before starting the day!!
