1hr delay checking in after traveling all day. They Comped breakfast, but no one communicated that to the rest of the staff. Charged $172 for my (free breakfast) a 20% gratuity was added on for the party of 5\. (no one told me) and $10 tip? So $37.00 tip and they didn’t even serve me a cup of coffee) There’s a lack of transparency. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

We did not get adequate housekeeping service--one day, the staff did not come until 5 pm, and another day we ran out of toilet paper and had to request it from the front desk. We also did not receive replacement coffee pods and when we requested it from the housekeeper, she told us she didn't have any more. Apart from that the resort is beautiful and staff was very friendly.
