Breakfast was great, we had several choices and was pleasant each morning.

Customer Service is outstanding

Fabulous location right next to the ferry to Manhattan for a quick jump over to the Financial District. Nice area to wander around and grab a bite to eat. Views are insane. We went to the rooftop restaurant for the skyline views. Food was decent but atmosphere was the showstopper. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, good coffee nearby and a restaurant next to the place. We will be staying again.

Charming property with well-maintained architectural features situated in a convenient location. Had a top floor room facing 10th Ave and the windows did a good job of muting some of the street traffic noise. We found ourselves within walking distance to solid food options and a quick car ride to downtown or brooklyn. Very welcoming staff. Only gripe is that the lobby coffee bar ought to expand its hours of operation. Will definitely return.

Very clean and comfortable. The room a bit tiny but very very nice. The food was amazing as well. And the location is the best. 100% recommended.

Overall it was a great stay! Best part of the cottage was the bathroom with its deep big tub and walk in shower. But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. I would also trade all the storage space for a mini fridge, tea kettle or coffee maker. Also the only full-size mirror is hidden far back in the bathroom which isn’t terrible but very inconvenient to check the outfit before heading out the door. It’s little odd things that just made it not feel like a luxury stay. And no one mentioned to us beforehand that the sauna, gym, pool area (even though in off season) was under renovation and not available to use. The restaurant was amazing though, room service was wonderful. And staff were adorable. But I don’t know if we would book again tbh.

Room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The views from the property were amazing! Nice and spacious as well. Will book again when I come back to NY!
