(315 reviews) The Parker Hotel is amazing. The staff was very helpful and sweet. The room was spotless and beautiful. The brunch at Norma’s was excellent and my overall experience was great. The only issue we had was our reservations for dinner. Our reservations was set for 8 pm, we checked in with the hostess and she told us our table wasn’t ready. She would buy us a drink in the lobby while we waited, which was very nice. However - they didn’t seat us until 9:30 pm. Our waiter was slow and didn’t do anything to help our situation. We ordered a salad right as we sat down as we were starving - it took over 45 min to come out. I hope this is not a regular thing they do. The food was good and we ended up having a great time, but it was a rough start.
