My wife and I had beautiful time visiting Tennomaru. The hotel staff were polite, considerate and treated us with respect during our stay. I recommend all of my friends who visit Japan to make the trip down to Aichi and experience this special place. Come here and you won't be disappointed!

The room and facilities were clean and it had convenient access to the Hamamatsu Station and nearby laundromat, restaurants, and stores. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I did not use business services or eat at the hotel.

The hotel advertised air conditioning, but the room never cooled properly. It stayed only slightly cooler than outside and remained very humid, making it almost impossible to sleep. I asked the staff to check the AC, and while they said it had been fixed, nothing actually changed. After two almost sleepless nights, the lack of a comfortable room completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay in the town. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel if you’re visiting during the warmer months as you will get absolutely no respite from the heat.
