Service was hit or miss depending on where you were. Some wait staff genuinely made the trip memorable, while others left us wondering why we were even there. A special shout-out to Angel at the Bayside restaurant — he was exceptional and truly stood out. Unfortunately, we had very poor service at Black Iron, which was disappointing. The entertainment was amazing, and the water sports were a huge hit with our entire family. There was always something fun to do. One area that needs improvement is room service, which did not meet expectations and could definitely be better. Despite a few inconsistencies, Ava Resort delivered an incredible family vacation, especially for those traveling with kids. We would absolutely consider returning.
