Great location by the station good hotel for the price

We arrived late to check in to our room from our flight. Check in process was simple and easy. The only issue we came across was not having many food options due to how late it was and our kids have allergies. Very easy and convenient walk to USJ and City Walk. The building is a little bit old but they do maintain it well and it’s clean.

This hotel was exceptional in every way. The room was extremely comfortable, and the location could not have been better, situated right in a quiet business district, steps from a train station and a beautiful rose garden within 15 minutes of the hotel. There were also two other train stations within a 10-15 minute walk of the hotel. Little details made a huge difference during our stay. Having complimentary bottled water available in the lobby was a lifesaver on humid days. The room amenities were equally impressive: the shampoo and conditioner were high quality, the shower and soaker tub provided a wonderful place to relax, and the TV system even displayed real-time updates on laundry machine availability and remaining cycle times. Above all, the staff truly made our experience memorable. Everyone was warm, genuinely friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They went above and beyond when they held our luggage before check-in and delivered our bags straight to our room once it was ready. We were pleasantly surprised by their thoughtful service and cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I enjoyed my stay at Nikko. The location is on the main shopping street with high end shopping like Chanel, Gucci, Cartier etc. as well as the vintage store. It is walkable to everything.

The hotel staff where very polite and helpful, it's in a great location the hotel is nearby Gojo station and also has lots of nearby bus stops.

Great staff great restaurants on location and very convenient location. Room TV was a little outdated but that’s a very minor nitpick.

This is a fabulous hotel if you need to stay overnight between two flights or if you land late and need to take the train. It is conventionally located inside fgw terminal. It is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the station, restaurants, and shopping. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again on our next trip to Osaka.
