Dominican Republic Kid friendly Vacations

Casa de Campo exceeded our expectations. From the friendly, to their attentive and helpful staff, to our housekeepers for making our stay the most memorable, to the birthday decorations in our hotel room, to the attentive beach staff at Playa Minita.. The list goes on and on.. We highly recommend Casa de Campo to anyone who wants 5 star service in the Dominican Republic. This resort covers all the bases. Everything was great staff super friendly no complaints

Our stay at Majestic Mirage Resort was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful, spacious, and very well designed. The swim-up room was incredible, and having direct access to the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. The swim-up bar was another highlight—great atmosphere and a perfect place to relax. The shows and entertainment were amazing and added so much to our stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff throughout the entire resort. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. Majestic Mirage Resort definitely exceeded our expectations, and we would love to come back again!

Subpar food, thirsty through most meals as no one refilled drinks. The “upgrade” was not worth the price. Was told that we would receive a complimentary beach bag, didn’t happen. The champagne and chocolates didn’t come until day 4. Had to hold down toilet handle for a complete flush. Shower knob was loose and popped off. Had a concierge who barely attempted to assist us and then when he did, he got things wrong. They had 4 different individuals attempt to sell me a vacation membership (time shares) through them. When we initially explained room issues they said they would get it fixed. Once I decided not to buy the issues never were resolved. The bed was completely uncomfortable. Many aleve taken during this trip. The actual resort grounds/pools/beach were beautiful. Drinks poolside were awesome. The staff were friendly but not super helpful. On check out day, we had already pre-scheduled a time for our luggage to be picked up and no one showed. We had to call for the pick up again. Punta Cana was beautiful but I will not stay at the Hard Rock again.
