Bulgaria Kid friendly Vacations

So where to start, with a brand name above the door of Best Western you would rightly expect a certain standard across the BW estate, unfortunately and disappointingly this was not the case with this property. It looks aged, it smells aged and it needs either refurbishing floor by floor or shut the hotel and do it all at once. You cant expect to charge whats being charged and deliver a product such as is being delivered. Front of house staff were fine, considering the environment they are working in they were friendly and positive so fair play to them. The rooms were SO dated, this is at times ok when what can be controlled is controlled such as cleanliness, they are dirty, bed sheets marked and general cleanliness in the bedroom itself just poor, cleaning materials cost very little, carpet itself you were lucky if you found a sqft if unmarked clean carpet. Property location was fine and within walking distance of the main attractions. Didn’t use any of the amenities so have marked them average.

Check-in and staff is always friendly and helpful. Like the hotel and location

It was excellent until after I checked out and had to wait a couple hours until my taxi arrived to go to my next destination. The doorman who handled luggage was rude and had me sit in a “different” reception room which was extremely awkward and uncomfortable
