8.8/10 Excellent! (1,302 reviews)
The location of the property was excellent. The check in staff was great.
The housekeeping staff needs some improvement. The bed was barely made. I could have pulled up the sheets myself with the way it was left. And only once in a 4 night stay was one shower towel replaced. It would be great having hand towels changed daily with October usually being the start of cold and flu season. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned that whole time either.
