Mi experiencia en el Iguazú Grand fue excelente, especialmente en un momento en que necesitaba descanso y cuidado. Llegué sintiéndome mal, y el staff hizo todo lo posible por asistirme. Fueron increíblemente atentos y considerados, incluso enviaron botellas de Gatorade a mi habitación, un gesto que realmente hizo la diferencia. Desde mi llegada, el servicio fue impecable. El personal fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Después de un día difícil de viaje, encontrar un espacio cómodo y tranquilo fue fundamental. La habitación era amplia, limpia y muy confortable. El hotel en general transmite calma, con áreas verdes bien cuidadas y un ambiente que invita a relajarse. El servicio de traslados es uno de los mejores que he experimentado entre los múltiples hoteles alrededor del mundo que he visitado. Quiero destacar especialmente al equipo que me asistió con los traslados y recomendaciones. Su apoyo fue clave para que pudiera disfrutar mi visita a las cataratas con tranquilidad. El desayuno fue fabuloso y delicioso, realmente un lujo. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo con total confianza.
