No pool no hot tub elevators on the fritz chronically and walls very thin. Other wise awesome

Very cozy and comfortable stay overall, amazing view, room is functional, professional and welcoming staff. Will come back.

Property was undergoing renovation. Our room was on the floor that was newly renovated so it was quite comfortable and clean with new furnishings. The staff was kind and helpful. The gym is small and not been updated. We were on the ski hill most of the day so the renovation work didn’t really affect us. Overall, I think it will be very nice once work is complete.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age. The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something. We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout. There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

Great area to vacation. I can’t recommend Banff enough. The Caribou Lodge was good overall. The Keg in the Lodge was amazing. Unfortunately the suite, for which we paid extra, had several maintenance deficiencies that soured our experience. Upon checkout, the staff didn’t bother to ask about our experience or I would have let them know our concerns. Will likely stay elsewhere on our next visit.
