AVOID: Did not have hot water in the shower for several days. Spoke to the front desk four times (to Manon and Natasha); each time, they told me they were aware of the problem, that a technician had come, and that the problem was fixed. We stayed in Chamonix because my husband ran the UTMB marathon: when he finished the marathon, he had a cold shower and shivered for hours. Hot water is a basic requirement of any hotel, and the problem was not fixed until the last morning of our stay. At check-out, I asked for a partial refund due to the persistent problem; the receptionist told me to send an email. I did so: no response at all from management. Unprofessional. Furthermore, the room was outdated and unclean (hair in bathroom, bed). One of our worst hotel experiences worldwide. Chamonix is beautiful — but stay elsewhere!

Perfectly clean hotel. Evening staff is not pleasant and claimed I had received an email denying my ability to park at the hotel as the parking was full (which I did not receive), and when I asked them to show me/forward me the email he was insisting they sent he told me to take it up with the morning staff. Entitled and did not actually seem to want to help
