The service is calm and professional. The hotel is so close to the plage, it is rude not to go in, even though the water was icy cold. The benefits of cold water strolling are marvellous. I just need to bring my swim boots next time. It is easy to walk, run, cycle, or even take the bus, around the lake; to see pretty, lakeside villages . Lovely place, very memorable. I’m sure it is beautiful in all weather conditions. They loved the game room, which became one of their favorite spots, and we even used the outdoor pool despite the cold weather — the water temperature was perfect and made for a memorable experience. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, yet well managed. Noise was never an issue for us; everything settles down around 10pm, so nights were peaceful and we slept well. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean, well maintained, and functional. They accommodated our family comfortably. Service was a highlight. The main desk team was consistently cordial, kind, and proactive, always ready to help with a smile. Food options were also very good. The pizza at the outdoor restaurant was excellent and a big hit with the family. We also dined at Le Petit and ordered pasta — the quality of the food was outstanding. We didn’t use the spa this time, but from what we saw it looks high quality and well designed. Overall, a vibrant and fun hotel that manages to balance a party atmosphere with a family-friendly environment. We would definitely return.
