Service great from check in to check out , all staff really helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus service is fantastic and made all the difference to our stay and was one of the main reasons for coming back to this hotel, Jo(driver) was so helpful, great communication, flexibility and so polite .

Great location close to everything and offers a complementary shuttle to the lifts which is VERY helpful. The morning breakfast was plentiful and all you needed to fuel your day. It was clean but a little run down and could use a renovation. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from ALL the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, the dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Centrally located next to the river, you can easily walk all of Chamonix from there. We will be back! Thank you again!

We loved that it was very central to town and the ski slopes. Staff were fantastic, professional and extremely helpful and knowledgable. Our room was very nice however the thing that let it down was the tiny bathroom, literally the size of a very small closet. The WC was separated next door which helped. Otherwise it was a very pleasant room.
