Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice.
The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a great view. The room was also larger than we expected, a big plus. Breakfast annd shower were awesome. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the location, near several subway stops and inside a park area. They let us check out late which was super helpful.
Small points to consider:
1. Our taxi, hailed by the staff who explained our destination to the driver, took us to the wrong museum. Recommend only using uber.
2. The toilet room light was bright and came on during nighttime visits, waking everyone up. Recommend smaller night light.

Overall, the property was nice and in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was as expected. The heating is over efficient and we did need the ac on at night to try to balance out the heat.
