Good location, good food and we enjoyed turkish bath in the spa so much

Cleaning the toilet is very poor with mold buildup inside the shower and around the lavatory, that's all the problem of the hotel, if not I'll give them five stars. The staff is excellent and professional. The breakfast is A-level, but please get a cleaner who cares, and takes pride in it.

The restaurant has a casual ‘Istanbul’ vibe. Great breakfast buffet.

Room is spacious and clean. Towel quality poor. Shower drain semi clogged, soap and towel racks loose. The smart touch light switch is not friendly. parking space is very limited for invite large gathering.

Reception staff very helpful and can’t do enough for you, room was very comfortable and a few English channels on TV more than normal CNN and BBC news

Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.
