We had a wonderful stay at Caesar Metro Taipei. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore Taipei. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent amenities and a beautiful city view. There’s 12 of us and we’re able to get the family room for each family. It was the perfect room for us.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. We also enjoyed the hotel's facilities and appreciated the overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property.
The combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Caesar Metro Taipei to anyone visiting Taipei and would gladly stay here again on our next trip. 💜

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it's nice that the hotel has several restaurants on site. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that there's a laundromat within 2 mins walk. We were able to do laundry a couple times while we were there which made things so much easier when you are traveling for a long time!
I was surprised to be charged for a phone call I made to another hotel (different city but in Taiwan still) with $720 NTD (about $24 USD) for maybe 10 mins while figuring out our next stay. It just seems way too expansive for a phone call within the same country.
Other than that, I don't have any complaints. Will definitely stay again in the future (just won't use the phone, lol).
