Excellent stay!

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

Cross Hotel Osaka exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Osaka. Its central location is incredibly convenient, with excellent restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and popular attractions within easy walking distance in every direction. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff members were consistently professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend Cross Hotel Osaka to anyone looking for quality accommodations in the heart of the city.

If you are going to Kyoto this is the place to be. Clean,V. helpfull staff and the best LOCATION. Everything happens right there. Enjoyable stay with a lot to offer. Lots of Restaurant and the whole train station. QUIET. The breakfast buffet is a must!! The staff and Concierge very knowledgeable. How could I forget the cute nightgowns in the hotel!

We came here for our honeymoon. This resort is beautiful, calm, and so serene. We had the opportunity of staying in the Garden Suite and the Oceanview Villa. Each room and the villas are very spacious, clean, and well maintained. We loved how this resort has their own app and you can communicate with the front desk, house keeping, and the restaurants through the app via text! This property is huge and has buggies available to drive you from your room to the free breakfast buffet and around the property. The staff here are so kind and welcoming. They are a very attentive to your needs and an ensure that you have a comfortable stay. You wanted to give a big shout out to Sol (Manager) who helped us with our upgrade from the Garden Suite to the Villa. He even offered us to show the villa to us before we decided to upgrade. A few other shout outs, to other staff at the breakfast buffet- Manny, Honey, Mr.A! They always remembered our coffee and breakfast choices in the morning. They all were so vibrant and uplifting! Special thank you to Manny for going above and beyond, his kindness will be remembered! Lastly, the amazing conceirge staff. They are all so kind! Wut, he always checked in with us during his evening shift and gave great advice on places to visit. Thank you to Pavillions for making our honeymoon so memorable! We absolutely loved it and did not want to leave!

The staff are very nice and very accomodating as well as the security guards. I would recommend to my friends staying here in the hotel. Nice room, clean and neat. Cold AC, soft and comfortable bed and with smart lock that made us feel safe. The environment as well is very nice as it is located in a quiet and harmonious location.
