Maldives Gay friendly Vacations

Absolutely fantastic stay- we were met at Male airport and looked after to our flight to Ifuru Island which is outstanding. All the staff looked after us with extreme courtesy and were extremely welcoming. Everywhere was very clean and cared for and the food very variable and to a high standard. Snorkelling was amazing we saw fish/stingrays/reef sharks/turtles/ resident heron. On our return we were met again at Male airport and looked after and helped to check in for our flight home. Cannot recommend this Island strongly enough ! ALL the staff were very dedicated and very hard working and so sorry can’t remember everyone’s names but very much felt a warm/friendly/family atmosphere. Shout out to: Monika, Tharaka, Sara, Diva, Donni, manager of waterfront(sorry don’t know name), Shiyaau, Basse, Pradeeb, Shiva, Raazan, Juli, Ahmed, Fraish (sorry if spelt wrong - captain of Komomo) thank you to everyone for a very special holiday

From landing in Male to the last day and leaving Male for Abu Dhabi, everything is coordinated and planned perfectly to allow us as a family to enjoy the Siyam World island. It was a fantastic holiday in paradise.

It is an amazing resort, and I was lucky enough to spend my birthday there. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay truly special. We were especially impressed by Maniuu, who looked after us throughout our stay and made sure everything was perfect. We absolutely loved the sound and healing session overlooking the beach with the wonderful June – it was such a peaceful and unique experience. All of the restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was consistently good with great variety. The marine life around the resort is incredible. We saw sharks, many beautiful fish, and even manta rays, which was an unforgettable experience. The surroundings are simply stunning. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, which was fantastic – amazing views, a spacious and comfortable room, and the nets overlooking the ocean were my favourite spot to lie back, relax, and enjoy the scenery. I also received a birthday cake, which was not only delicious but such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. I truly felt spoiled. During our stay, we also took part in art classes with an amazing artist. I was genuinely surprised by how unhurried and detailed the experience was – he was incredibly patient, explained everything step by step, and we came away with a beautiful keepsake to remember our time there. Luxurious with great value , Private and Exclusive Our stay at Furaveri was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The island is beautiful, peaceful, and feels wonderfully private and exclusive, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. A special thank you to Kas, who welcomed us warmly as soon as we stepped off the seaplane. His friendly attitude and professionalism made us feel at home immediately and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villas were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The island itself is stunning, with pristine beaches, crystal-clear water, and plenty of places to enjoy the natural beauty. There was also a great range of exciting and interesting activities to choose from, ranging from high octane watersports to kayaking and leisurely snorkeling tours with local marine life, ensuring there was always something enjoyable to do, whether you wanted adventure or simply to experience the incredible marine environment. Considering the exceptional quality of the accommodation, service, facilities, and experiences on offer, we felt Furaveri offered excellent value for money compared with many other Maldives resorts. Thank you to Kas and the entire Furaveri team for making our vacation such a memorable experience.
