This is such a special place for our family! The staff is so friendly, the accommodations are beautiful, and the views are spectacular. A few shining stars that were exceptional with their service were Rafael at Las Marias Restaurant, Enrique at Los Riscos Restaurant, and Arturo and Jesus poolside at El Patio. Cesar at Los Patios was the best bartender EVER! He took such good care of us-great drinks and outstanding service. We will be back!

The room was amazing. 3 bedroom villa, family of 5. Food was 8/10…we did all inclusive, if the prices we saw were accurate it would be almost prohibitive not to. Breakfast the best. Pools 9.5/10. Really nice. Gym was 9/10. Staff 10/10. Nespresso coffee and pods in room. Currently construction on the ocean side of vista encantada, but wasn’t very impactful. Only real complaint was the pillows…small and flat. It was better than we expected from the Expedia descriptions. Scheduled van to/from airport was ~ $250 round trip for 5.

The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

Fantastic service in the altitude section. I had breakfast lunch and supper at the grill and all of the servers were amazing. The best part of the trip was the concierge service. I had mistakenly left a big pile of clothes in one of the drawers in my room and between them and a shuttle service I was able to get all of my items at my next stop. Amazing property. Serene and beautiful. Rooms are huge and quality style.

Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return.

The pool areas are lovely, but you need a family member willing to be up at 6:00 am to secure a spot by the pool.

Things looked like they needed serious updating!! A bit rundown from last visit. Many lights not working, problem getting towels? Beautiful property!!
