My stay at Namu Garden & Spa in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica was absolutely exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located in Puerto Viejo, surrounded by lush tropical nature and just minutes from the vibrant town and the beautiful Caribbean beaches. It offers the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience, making it an ideal place to relax while still being close to everything that makes Puerto Viejo such a special destination. From the very beginning, the hospitality stood out. A special thank you to the reception team, Alexis and Engel, who were always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Alexis in particular greeted guests with warmth and positive energy every day, and both he and Engel were always ready to assist with anything needed, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant service was another highlight of the experience. Miguel, Anastasia, Daniel, and Jaymark provided outstanding service throughout my stay. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond to make every meal enjoyable. Their great attitudes and attention to detail made dining at the restaurant something I looked forward to every day. A big part of what makes this hotel so special is the leadership of Douglas, the manager. His dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the property, and it’s clear he has built a fantastic team that truly cares about the experience they provide. Beautiful villa to stay in, great touches and amenities. Would definitely recommend.

If you have four pools you would think they have close bathrooms to the pool area.not good and to fair to walk.you had to go to the lobby or to a bldg quiet fair away to fine a bathroom.also no cover on beach know umbrellas or canapés so if you did not fine a tree you are in the sun all day.also around he pool the red tile was very hot but in some pass in white so you don’t burn your feet.

We loved this place!! Small quiet resort with everything we needed. Friendly and efficient staff….great beach for sunrise and sunset walks..great food with amazing local fruit! We will definitely be back!
