La nourriture était excellente surtout au restaurant Santa Rosa (poisson, fruits de mer). Plage tranquille et idéale pour la marche. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Félicitations au barman Carlos, à Stephen (préposé aux chaises longues, serviettes et kayaks), à la serveuse Victoria, aux serveurs Roberto et Isaiah ainsi qu'au barman du buffet.

A great hotel to finish our Costa Rica trip! The breakfast was by far the best we had during our entire stay in Costa Rica — great quality, plenty of choice, and everything was delicious. The pool is beautiful and very relaxing, and the beach is just a short walk away. The restaurant also deserves a mention for its excellent presentation — the dishes looked fantastic. The flavors were good overall, although they could perhaps be improved slightly. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, although we found them a little small compared with the size of the bathroom, which was very spacious. Gym room could be improve but you have 30' class included Overall, a lovely place to stay in Tamarindo, with a special mention for the exceptional breakfast!

This hotel was a perfect 10/10. The service was impeccable, probably the best I’ve had in years, staff is nice and welcoming, always willing to help you with any of your needs or questions. Communication with front desk is ideal, when you arrive, they give you their whatsapp number which allows you to book the restaurant, ask them questions or book your shuttle. Talking about the shuffle, we did not see anything about it when booking, but they have a free shuttle from the hotel to different locations (beach, town, etc.) This is perfect for people like us who don’t have cars as it is not the easiest accommodation to access (doable by walk of course, just a little far away from the town.) Very clean! Food-wise, it was impeccable ; from breakfast, lunch, snacks to dinner. Everything we ate was delicious, with lots of flavour and freshness and quite good portions. It is not THE cheapest menu but it is worth it considering the quality of the hotel and food. We felt like in a luxury dream, even though the price per night was a very okay price. The views are of course breathtaking. We were two sisters travelling there and everything felt peaceful and safe, even when walking alone in the roads or in the biological reserve. Oh. yes!! There is a free entrance for the biological reserve, a beautiful walk of around 1:30-2hours (beware of bugs, but with bug spray, you’ll be good.) Anyways, thank you so much Lagarta Lodge for making our trip this fabulous. We will back for sure. Pura Vida

Pour récupérer les clés RDV dans une agence située à l’étage d’une zone commerciale plein air, à 2 mn en voiture de l’appartement. Contactez-les sur le site ou whatsapp pour avoir la localisation. Plusieurs immeubles dont certains avec des appartements en location touristique. Piscine partagée sympa, avec transats. Place de parking privée en contre-bas des immeubles, protégé par un portail électrique et gardien (donc quelques marches ou pente pour accéder au logement). Notre chambre était au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Jolie vue, climatisation, cuisine équipée, frigo, wifi dans la chambre, serviette de douche + produits fournis. Terrasse sur le toit pour cette chambre. Bien et propre. A à peine 5 mn du centre-ville en voiture. Quelques personnes alcoolisées/droguées demandent de payer la place de parking, ne pas hésite à se garer un peu plus loin. Restaurant Soda Teresita sympa et bon.
