We had the best time here. The hosts, Shanna and Kenny were great, super responsive and very helpful with planning things to do. Ernesto, one of the drivers was also fantastic and super helpful. The locals and neighbors around the house were very friendly. A grocery store was located near by and we were able to get most of what we needed to make our meals. Dee has a small bar next door and a small shop where you can get some basics. Dee was so friendly. A Howler Monkey troop came right onto the property one of the days and they were fun to watch. Another Howler Monkey troop spends most of its time across the street at Lloyd’s. Lloyd was happy to allow us on his property to check them out. The accommodations were great. There was a washer and dryer on site that worked well. We did not want to leave and we will definitely be back!

Great place to have as our base for our vacation. Perfect spot in a quiet yet still close enough to town, Truck stop and Secret Beach. Felt like home away from home. Only minor feedback is that it was hard to find as there’s no signage on the main road. We would definitely come back again.

We just got Home from an 8 day stay at Sirenian Bay. The staff is amazing. From the moment you get picked up from the airport you are treated special. EVERY member of the staff will help you or find the person that can. We had an amazing trip. The restaurant, Inky’s, fantastic! I would compare it to a 5 star restaurant in Houston. The Chef, just wow, he makes a special every night that will impress the pickiest of people. They are very accommodating to special dietary needs. I am lactose intolerant and my wife is allergic to pineapple. We only had to tell them one time and with every meal we had they made sure we were covered. They seemed truly concerned that we were taken care of. I highly recommended Sirenian Bay. We did the couples Beach dinner for our anniversary. Chef prepared an amazing meal. Every item served was hand picked by us, Chef, and the head waiter. It was magical, yes my wife cried from the experience. She said it was a fairy tale experience. Great job Sirenian Bay!

Staff are all lovely. The property is well maintained, comfortable, and peaceful.

This is an excellent resort! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean. We loved the turn-down service and fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was delicious, and the wait staff was very attentive. We rented a golf cart several times to venture into town, they were well maintained and comfortable.

The only way I can describe this place is it should be under motel not hotel. I book solely for distance and the price because I was island hopping throughout the trip. The hotel bathroom and hallways has an horrific smell the room was only ok if the AC was running nonstop the sheets have multiple stain and hair in the sheets. If I can’t relax to sleep without the fear of improper clean sheets it’s just not worth it. If that’s ur vibe book it. The only positive here the front desk concierge was nice!

My wife and I give The Terrace Ambassador a 10/10! Stay date: 23 April-03 May 2026 First, Deborah the owner and her husband were amazing! My wife and I went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and Deborah made it an experience we won’t forget. We recommend staying at this bed and breakfast and would definitely come back again. Deborah skillfully managed coordinating trips for us from snorkeling the reefs, visiting Mayan ruins, cave tubing and zip lining, and for me, was able to schedule a scuba diving trip to the Great Blue Hole! She knew who to call to get us the best deals, keep us safe with trusted tour guides, and recommend the best places to go to visit to have a more authentic experience in Belize. Breakfast was served fresh and promptly each morning and we had the opportunity to sample traditional Belizean breakfasts. Location is an 8 minute walk to the major water taxis and a scuba diving shop. It’s also close to a major super market (Brodie’s) and downtown shopping. The area was safe as well and we had no issues walking around after dark at a reasonable hour. Other key amenities include: -excellent air conditioning -hot running water -washing machine and dryer (for those on an extended stay) -water coolers -friendly staff -good internet and WiFi (I was able to get work done as needed while on holiday) Again, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend The Ambassador Terrace to anyone traveling to Belize.

Beautiful room and lobby, freindly and responsive staff.

We were the only guests on the property which we found to be odd. You couldn’t eat outside or sit on the beach because of the insects. On the positive side, the staff was outstanding, and tended to our every need. The snorkeling was spectacular and the best we’ve ever experienced. Our guide and captain the best.
