Magical slice of heaven in the most beautiful place. Wonderful warm staff, amazing food and caring management. If you want to disconnect from the world and watch nature in peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to go back again! My husband and I stayed at Chachagua rainforest for 5 nights last week; Master Bungalow. The tree houses were sold out ☹️. Such a beautiful, peaceful, safe, and breathtaking resort . The scenery is gorgeous: hot springs, rivers, trees, flowers. Daily housekeeping: linens, towels, bathrobes are replaced by fresh and clean ones. Wonderful staff who payed close attention to our needs: Maria❤️🌸, Enersto, Ericka , Nathalie , Kimberly, Roberto, Gretchen , Emma , Karen. ( sorry I forgot some names). Staff of Thermo et Colibri restaurants; tour guy, the spa’s ladies; thank you💕. Driver Norman; thank you for driving us from Chachagua to Guanacaste safely. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Chachagua Rainforest resort for making our stay so memorable and unforgettable❤️.

This has been one of the best places that I’ve stayed in Costa Rica the property is beautiful the staff is amazing and the it’s located close enough to town you can walk I’d highly recommend it!!!

It's not a resort, it's a small hotel. It's fine for what it is. It's just not how it is represented. It's by itself in the middle of a neighborhood. To go anywhere at all requires a long drive or a very expensive cab ride. The staff is friendly.
