Shuttle service from San Jose to the resort was outstanding!

Property and staff were absolutely amazing during our entire 5 day stay! The resort blends perfectly with the natural environment and the hot springs heal the body and soul. We felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. The food is exceptional and the staff made us feel like royalty. The place radiates positivity and peacefulness. We were sad to go and would gladly return for an extended period of time. Recommend this resort 100%

Everything was great, however I wish they would change the breakfast options instead of the same few items every day. I would also suggest that they skim the pool at least twice per day since there are so many bugs that land on the pool. They asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told them it was our anniversary and my wife's birthday, prior to arrival and during the checkin, and no arrangements were made.

Excellent lodge allowing the guest to connect with nature. Dining was excellent. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to anyone who loves the outdoors.

Beautiful property full of extra touches to make it super special. Wonderful excursion options for all levels of adventure. Traveled with 2 young kids and they had a blast. 10/10 would come back.

My wife and I booked this trip for our son and his new bride for their honeymoon. They had a great trip and loved the resort. The said the staff treated them exceptionally well. Loved the food and accommodations. They went on three excursions; sunset cruise, volcano hike and jungle adventure. Loved all three. The resort quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

The owner Diana and her assistant Joel are wonderful. Diana was so helpful when I received about 30 sand flea bites…not on property btw. Sat on a log on beach watching sunset in a skort! She made something with cloves in it to rub on them. The beach is sooo beautiful! So many shells and sand dollars! It is very quiet …. Perfect for 2 or 3 days!
