Very disappointed in the housekeeping numerous days of no towels and even a day they never even attempted to clean the room. The housekeeping also went to the patio to clean but left door unlocked leaving all of our stuff exposed to theft. Making it worse she never cleaned the patio leaving dirt all over the floor. Also received our “welcome gift” the last morning we were there with a note saying welcome please enjoy this resort. I paid a lot of extra money to be an elite guest but the service was the worst I’ve had in traveling.

The service should be much better. The rooms are nice and comfortable, but the quality of the drinks at the bars was disappointing. The beers were rarely cold, and the selection was mostly low quality.
The beach, however, is fantastic and definitely one of the best things about the hotel.
Overall, the hotel has good potential, but the service and the quality of the drinks need significant improvement.

I visit Aruba every year, I always stay here, everything about this place is amazing it’s family friendly as well , across the street from the beach , plenty of pools on the premises, wonderful restaurants to choose from
