This is a beautiful property very close to everything. They have 2 great pool and the staff was very friendly. I will stay here again!

The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. The cleaning staff were so friendly and did a great job. Front desk folks were fine. The pool bars are definitely way overpriced and the sunset bistro bar sucks. The food was good, but the service is non-existent. Not sure if the hotel keeps the tips so the staff doesn’t care, or if they’re just clueless. There’s a great roof top pool for adults and a bar (the sunset bistro). But good luck getting a drink or food if you’re not sitting at an inside table. If you’re sitting anywhere around the pool, they just don’t come over to you so bring your own drinks up if you can. When they do acknowledge you, the service is sooooo slow. We watched others sit there annoyed as well and had to stalk the waitresses to get anything. They could make so much more money if they just acknowledged people around the pool. Theres a reason this bistro never had more than 2 tables with people eating at a time at any given time. There is a little store at the front of the resort. They sell beer and it’s 1/2 the price of the bars so do yourself a favor and go there instead of relying on wait staff. This is not directly on the beach, but the walk is only 5 min. The shuttle is quick too if you don’t feel like walking. Get there early though or only the $50 rental chairs will be available. We didn’t have breakfast included with our stay. We paid for it one morning to try; Great if included but not if paying extra. Go to the coffee shop instead.

Room floors were not at all clean. Lots of air and sand. We paid for the Island view and could not actually see the island because we were on the 1st floor out view was the parking lot. When ask the hotel understood my concern but couldn't move the room.

Great place to stay. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff were super friendly. Gabriela greeted us and was so helpful and welcoming. All of the bellmen were super helpful. The grounds were well kept and the pools were great. We would stay here again for sure.

Excellent property with very helpful staff. Booked this property for the larger accommodations and it met expectations. Quiet hotel with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Parking on site so great if you have a rental car and want to explore other beaches on the island.
