We absolutely loved Sky Beach. Although the driveway into the resort could definitely use work, our bungalow was always clean and very well taken care of. Everything was in good condition with fantastic views of the ocean and pool. The housekeeping staff checked in every morning to make sure we were well stocked on towels, coffee, etc. One of the housekeepers even let us use her personal chairs and umbrella for the beach. The restaurant on grounds is pricey, but still a good dinner option. If you're looking for a secluded, romantic getaway, this is the place for you. Would definitely return again!

Majority of the staff were amazing… with the exception of the pool bartenders… they were just the opposite…. Not very welcoming or fun if your an older white man…. Romell the door man was great and did all he could to accommodate… The cleaning staff was exceptional… they made my bothers birthday so special with a cake, balloons and always a clean room…love the swans….

The resort was beautiful and the views were great. It was a very expensive for drinks and food. What I didn’t like was there was a service charge plus a resort fee on everything you purchased including food, but then you had to tip on top of that.

Room was clean, however we booked the cove and multiple maintenances were being done on the property. Spa was not available, the original adult pool was not available, loud drilling noises on the building balcony was being done early in the morning.

Staff was very helpful, always welling to go out of there way to help! Also very friendly!The amenities were great! Beautiful complex well maintained. A verity of food options for adults and children! Of course it's pricey, but u what u pay for! Highly recommend!

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.

Enjoyable stay with disappointing experience. We stayed for 3 nights in March 2026. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay. In particular, the friendly staff, and delicious food at Ma Ruby’s. But, we had a very disappointing experience with our reservation and follow- up by the hotel manager. We made our reservation on Expedia in November, 2025. We paid for our room at that time. Upon arrival in March, we were shocked when told our reservation had not been noted. Our room was not available. Fortunately we had our confirmation information from Expedia. We were given another room and told it was an upgrade. The alternate room had a location right next to our bathroom, where staff would frequently hang out and talk. It was very awkward for us. After returning home, and investigating what had occurred, I became aware that the room we were given was not an upgrade, and actually was a lower cost than the room we paid for. I regret that this issue was not addressed by the receptionist, and that we were not compensated during our visit. I communicated with the manager, Juanita, about my concerns. I apologize for not addressing them while visiting. She responded 10 days later. Her message was friendly , she addressed my issues, and offered compensation. I thanked her, and sent our payment information. I have not received the compensation or any further follow- up from the manager, however in the 30 days after my email.

If your are looking for a fancy place this is not for you. What they don’t have is luxuries the make up for in the staff and the friendliness. I haven’t felt so relaxed at a resort like I have here I over 25 years. Kudos to the staff and kitchen. Food was excellent and drinks were great!! Highly recommend if you want a pure relaxing time. If you want pampering and luxury spaces this is not for you.
