Very friendly staff

The breakfast was fantastic

Staff where the best..hotel was fair..breakfast average..but well priced for what was offered.

Whilst the place was great,was a little run down and dirty , breakfast was very limited and continually run out of food IE eggs , house keeping was inconsistent a few times we had to ring as they didn’t report towel's Having said that most of the staff were very friendly

We loved how empty the property felt due to its size. The location is very good, right in the hub of everything. Very good restaurants right on property. Loved the swim up bar!

We had an overall amazing experience at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable. A very special shout out to Diva and Kevin for going above and beyond to help us secure a disability access room and for being so accommodating throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist truly made a difference and made us feel well looked after. Thank you both for your outstanding service — we really appreciate it and would happily stay here again!

Very friendly staff

This was a personal problem for me international hotel with reception staff not able to understand English we arrived told that the room was not available till 2 pm we expected that before saying can we leave our bags where then told the rooms is available and as we had stayed there before, we asked about breakfast tickets and we got the replay oh sorry not reedy will have in morning. Well next morning still not reedy however during that night we discovered the door lock didn’t work properly the room smelt like mold and the bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor informed reception we continued with our holiday over to Java we returned 5 days later to still having nothing done. Spoke to reception a gene now I feel like a nuisance customer they fixed the lock, open the safe and hung glade smelly things in our room that we had to purchase our self. Unable to bear it any more I contacted Expedia and I email the hotel with all the problems they decided to move us. One other small note as a customer of the hotel who can rent a scooter from them without a deposit have to pay a $10 deposit for an umbrella?

Lovely staff and grounds ,ideal for relaxing, family room was excellent with a kitchen and massive bath to unwind in .
