We stayed here in Nov and were hosted very well by the staff. especially Jennie. She is full of energy and her personality rubbed off on us. The hotel is in an excellent location and has great facilities. Room was spacious and breakfast was good. Wonderful view of Hanoi city. Would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning was nice and cold!!! The bed was nice and the extra comforter was so soft, going to bed after a long day felt so good. Breakfast was good as well.
