$400 dollar deposit for indecentl damages still not refunded, Which would be ok if I could at least get a response from treasure island , other than that great trip but hotel about to ruin it not responding

Staff was courteous, room was clean. Paying the $40 amenity fee per room upon arrival was unexpected. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle, barely any water pressure at all (hard to get shampoo out). Toilet ran all night long. The hotel ran out of self parking spots so we had to park across the street in a dirt lot which wasn’t ideal. The restaurant was great!

Pool was great, food was great and the customer service was amazing everyone was very friendly !

The room was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. Everything was great. We’ll plan on staying there again. I go to Vegas at least twice a year

Hotel was very clean!!! Had an amazing stay. Lots to do without having to leave. Spa was everything

The room was clean with a nice shower, but there was no microwave, even after i requested one at front desk. We had a fridge in room, but no microwave. We were also charged $10.99 per day parked in the ramp at the north tower. Should be free because we were charged $150 in resort fees.
