We had an excellent stay here at Okura. The room was so clean, homy vibe feeling and very spacious. The staff was all so helpful, very warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if given an opportunity. Thank you Okura.

The elevators were slow.
The breakfast was excellent.
Our room could hear the music from some nearby club every day almost. That was not good.
The pool is very nicer
The roof deck is great but often very windy
The staff were excellent overall.

Pros: Location, Good Service and friendly & helpful Staff particularly Concierge and Breakfast (Kristoffer and Cesar were outstanding). Spa, Rooftop Bar and French Restaurant worth visiting.
Cons: Bit dated room carpets and smelly room when we arrived (requested air freshener and was immediately attended)
Overall good and pleasant 4 night stay!
