Central Minneapolis Cheap Vacations

We were able to check in a little early without paying a fee. Staff was very nice. There was no hot water though throughout our entire stay. Front desk was aware and stated they had someone coming out to fix it but next day, it was still not fixed. Not the staffs fault hot water was broken but definitely not ideal. The room also didn’t have AC so it was 75 in our room the entire stay. Thankfully, our room didn’t face he sun and it wasn’t hot out so we could crack the windows. When we checked out we got 50% reimbursed for the no hot water issue, which was nice. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because it wasn’t really what pictures had shown and the parking ramp behind the building doesn’t have a skywalk connecting, so we had to walk in the pouring rain with all of our stuff.

The property and rooms are beautiful! Check-in was very slow with a long line. Employees were not able to answer questions and breakfast service was very slow. We also were unable to get hot water in the shower.

It was okay. The room was small and the view was an office building next to us. We were able to check in early and the manager brought our luggage up to our room while we parked which was nice but it as $40 to park where we were recommended to go and we stayed one night. I would have rather stayed at the Hampton Inn. 😊

We stayed here to attend a concert at U.S. Bank stadium. Perfect walking distance! The room was clean, the decor was charming, and the staff was very nice! We loved the coffee shop for breakfast - great selection and reasonably priced. The only "complaint" would be the recommended parking ramp. It was very complicated to enter in the morning - all the outside doors were locked. $37 to park overnight is a bit pricey. We would stay here again!
